Having qualified with a degree in Computer Science I became a Management Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. With my technical background I was allocated to a number of client
engagements where there was a need for strong technical integration.
Having supported a number of solutions to be integrated across a wide technical landscape, I moved employment to CrossWorlds (now WebSphere and part of IBM) as an application consultant -
CrossWorlds was a leading integration solution. Over a number of years we worked across a large number of industries - where I gained skills in technical architecture, pre-sales, development,
testing, deployment, application support and various development methodologies (not to mention a large number of team structures).
After CrossWorlds was purchased by IBM and became WebSphere I supported IBM in selling, setting up internal support teams and managing a large number of clients to correctly utilise and deploy
WebSphere software. In 2004 Jack Enterprises was formed to develop software solutions, provide consultancy and go from strength to strength.
